PRIVACY NOTICE

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how Laiske LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when individuals:

• Visit laiske.com or another Laiske website

• Contact Laiske

• Request a strategy call, quote, or demonstration

• Purchase or use products, Services, Digital Products, or subscriptions

• Create an account

• Attend an event or training

• Apply to work with Laiske

• Interact with Laiske on social media; or

• Otherwise provide personal information to Laiske.

This Notice applies to personal information Laiske controls for its own purposes. When Laiske processes personal information solely on behalf of a Business Customer, the Business Customer’s privacy notice and any Data Processing Addendum generally govern that processing.

2. Personal information Laiske may collect

Depending on the interaction, Laiske may collect:

• Identity information, such as name, username, title, and organization

• Contact information, such as email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and business address

• Account information, such as login credentials, account settings, and authentication records

• Transaction information, such as products or Services purchased, Order history, invoices, subscription status, payment status, returns, and warranty claims

• Payment-related information, such as payment method type and transaction identifiers, while full payment-card information is generally processed by payment providers

• Professional information, such as employer, role, business needs, project responsibilities, and professional communications

• Project and Client Data, such as documents, system information, configurations, prompts, workflow data, support requests, and materials provided for Services

• Communications, such as emails, chat messages, call notes, meeting recordings when notice or consent is provided, survey responses, and customer-support correspondence

• Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and security logs

• Usage information, such as pages viewed, links selected, features used, session activity, and interaction with emails

• Cookie and advertising information, such as cookie identifiers, analytics data, preferences, and interactions with advertising

• User content, such as reviews, testimonials, photographs, comments, and feedback

• Applicant information, such as résumé, employment history, education, references, work authorization, and interview information; and

• Other information the individual chooses to provide.

Laiske does not intend to collect highly sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary, disclosed, and appropriately protected. Do not provide protected health information, complete payment-card information, government credentials, biometric identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless Laiske has expressly authorized the collection method.

3. Sources of personal information

Laiske may collect personal information:

• Directly from the individual

• From the individual’s employer or organization

• From Authorized Users and project participants

• Automatically through websites, applications, cookies, and similar technologies

• From payment, shipping, identity-verification, and fraud-prevention providers

• From business partners, referral sources, resellers, event organizers, and service providers

• From public sources and professional networks; and

• From third-party platforms the individual chooses to connect.

4. How Laiske uses personal information

Laiske may use personal information to:

• Provide, configure, secure, support, and improve products and Services

• Process Orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, subscriptions, and warranty claims

• Create and administer accounts

• Communicate about inquiries, projects, transactions, updates, safety notices, and support

• Schedule and conduct meetings, demonstrations, training, and events

• Develop proposals, estimates, SOWs, and recommendations

• Operate artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and integration features requested by a Client

• Personalize website and Service experiences

• Measure performance and understand use

• Maintain security, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and enforce agreements

• Comply with law, legal process, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations

• Protect Laiske, Clients, Consumers, personnel, and third parties

• Send marketing communications where permitted and honor communication preferences

• Evaluate applicants and manage recruiting

• Conduct internal research, quality assurance, product development, and business planning; and

• Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

5. Artificial intelligence and automated tools

Laiske may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with research, drafting, classification, support, analytics, workflow execution, and Service delivery.

When personal information is submitted to an artificial intelligence provider, Laiske will use configurations and providers appropriate to the applicable engagement and instructions. Specialized requirements, such as private deployment, zero data retention, or regional processing, apply only when expressly agreed.

Laiske does not knowingly use a Client’s Confidential Information to train a generalized artificial intelligence model for unrelated customers without authorization.

Artificial intelligence output may be reviewed by authorized personnel where necessary for quality, security, support, or compliance.

6. How Laiske discloses personal information

Laiske may disclose personal information to:

• Cloud, hosting, software, communications, analytics, customer-relationship-management, accounting, support, and security providers

• Payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers, carriers, fulfillment providers, and warranty-service providers

• Artificial intelligence and data-processing providers used to deliver requested Services

• Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants

• Affiliates, subcontractors, and personnel who need the information to perform Services

• A Business Customer when the information relates to that customer’s account, project, Authorized Users, or instructions

• Government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or others when required or reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety

• Parties to a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards; and

• Other parties at the individual’s direction or with consent.

Laiske does not sell personal information for money. Depending on the advertising and analytics tools enabled, certain disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. Where applicable, Laiske will provide an opt-out method through www.laiske.com/cookie-policy and will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals when required.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Laiske and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies for:

• Essential site operation

• Authentication and security

• Remembering preferences

• Analytics and performance

• Customer support

• Advertising and campaign measurement; and

• Fraud prevention.

Individuals may use browser controls and, where available, Laiske’s cookie-preference tool. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working.

Laiske does not respond to legacy “Do Not Track” signals that lack a uniform legal standard. Where required, Laiske will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out for the browser or device sending the signal.

8. Marketing communications

Laiske may send marketing emails or messages where permitted by law. An individual may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact privacy@laiske.com

Laiske may continue to send nonmarketing communications concerning Orders, accounts, subscriptions, security, safety, legal notices, and Services.

9. Data retention

Laiske retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including to:

• Provide Services and maintain accounts

• Complete transactions and warranty obligations

• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements

• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

• Maintain security and fraud-prevention records; and

• Preserve legitimate business records.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, relationship, legal requirements, sensitivity, and risk. Backup copies may remain until removed through ordinary backup cycles.

10. Security

Laiske uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Services.

No system or transmission method is completely secure. Individuals should use unique passwords, enable multifactor authentication when available, protect credentials, and notify Laiske of suspected unauthorized activity.

11. Individual privacy rights

Depending on residence and applicable law, an individual may have rights to:

• Confirm whether Laiske processes personal information

• Access personal information

• Correct inaccurate personal information

• Delete personal information

• Receive a portable copy of certain information

• Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling

• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and

• Appeal a denied privacy request.

These rights are subject to legal exceptions. Laiske may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. Laiske may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification.

Laiske will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right.

12. California disclosures

If California privacy law applies, California residents may have rights described above and the right to know the categories of personal information collected, sources, business or commercial purposes, and categories of recipients.

During the preceding twelve months, Laiske may have collected the categories described in Section 2 and disclosed them for the purposes described in Sections 4 and 6.

Laiske does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under sixteen years old.

California residents may submit requests using the methods in Section 11. The right to opt out of sale or sharing may be exercised throughwww.laiske.com/contact when applicable.

California’s “Shine the Light” law may permit certain residents to request information concerning disclosures for third-party direct marketing. Requests may be sent to privacy@laiske.com.

13. Children

Laiske’s websites, products, and Services are not directed to children under thirteen, and Laiske does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under thirteen without legally required parental consent.

Consumer purchases and accounts are intended for individuals at least eighteen years old. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information improperly, contact privacy@laiske.com.

14. International visitors and transfers

Laiske is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Laiske or its providers operate.

Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, Laiske will use an appropriate mechanism for the relevant processing.

If Laiske intentionally offers products or Services to individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with additional notice requirements, Laiske may provide a supplemental regional notice.

15. Third-party websites and services

Laiske websites and Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Laiske is not responsible for a third party’s independent practices.

16. Business Customer data

A Business Customer may submit personal information to Laiske for processing on the customer’s behalf. In that context, the Business Customer is generally responsible for notices, lawful basis, instructions, and individual requests, and Laiske acts according to the applicable agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

Individuals seeking rights concerning information controlled by a Business Customer should ordinarily contact that Business Customer first.

17. Changes to this Notice

Laiske may update this Notice by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Laiske will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law for a material change.
